- Born and raised in Clifton Hill, MO. I grew up in a two bedroom, one bathroom house with my parents and four sisters at the end of a dead end road. Luckily we are all very close. I have been drawing since I can remember, and after High School I went to Central Missouri State University and received a Bachelor's in Commercial Art for Illustration in 2007. In the fall of 2008 I moved to Los Angeles in hopes of pursuing a career, and have been working two jobs in the mean time. I also recently began taking courses at the Art Institute in Hollywood for Game Art and Design and am really enjoying it. It's tough working two jobs and going to school, but I'm a hard worker and I know it's worth it in the long run. I have been in L.A. for over a year now, and I love everything about it. I can't wait to begin my career and start living my dreams.

Hey Justin, I think think we know each other. The names Billie Arends, your picture kinda looks like you but I am not quite sure! Well if I am mistaking you for someone I know sorry and props on your art. But, I think your the justin I know. Ok, I'm almost 100% positive this is the right person. I am uploading a more up to date demo of my game. God I hope you see this soon. BLOG DAM YOU! nice eye jewelry. I was really wanting to talk to you and see if you would want to make some characters(2d sprites), We have 5 characters Drawn and animated out of 20. And the gameplay is very solid I got like 1200+lines of code fine tuned=) you got to see it all work to understand.
